The Cultural Coordinator will be a genuine team player, who works across the organisation, for the benefit of all, to coordinate activities, project manage key outputs, and support colleagues in a transparent and supportive manner; whilst building external relationships focused primarily on Pembrokeshire, Wales, and across the British Isles. The Cultural Coordinator will work in close collaboration with existing project officers on related projects, in addition to wider PLANED & LEADER (Arwain Sir Benfro) team members, external community partners, key project partners and other stakeholders to promote, communicate, and deliver on the actions and targets of a suite of projects.
This is a full time post (37.5 hours per week), for a fixed term of 12 months. In return you will receive a salary of £27,000 per annum, plus travel expenses. This post is currently located at PLANED’s office, Narberth.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Under the overall guidance of the LEADER Co-ordinator, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring high quality and timely inputs, for ensuring that the Programme maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost effective and timely manner. The Monitoring and Evaluation officer will be responsible for designing and implementing the Monitoring and Evaluation activities of the Programme; assisting the LEADER Co-ordinator in preparing Quarterly/Annual reports on Programme progress and will monitor the Programme activities on a regular basis. In addition to maintaining the Programme database information, the postholder will also be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the Programme activities and the Local Development Strategy.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer works in close collaboration with the Programme team, Arwain Sir Benfro, LAG and Sub-LAG and Programme/Project stakeholders.
This is a full time post (37.5 hours per week), for a fixed term of 12 months. In return you will receive a salary of £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, plus travel expenses. This post is currently located at PLANED’s office, Narberth.
