PLANED is a community-led partnership and has a governing board which meets monthly. The PLANED Board consists of representatives of communities across Pembrokeshire and representatives from public bodies. PLANED’s aims to encourage the widest possible participation of local people and the Board decides which the strategy and priorities and these are implemented by a team of staff based at the PLANED office in Narberth.

PLANED has a team of staff headed by Jane Howells to implement the decisions of the PLANED Board. Jane took over as Co-ordinator in July 2009, having been with PLANED for several years, working on the EU LEADER programmes.
